Leaseholders flats are widely distributed over the whole of the Holly Lodge Estate.

There are 32 blocks on this estate.

Only 4 are without leasehold flats [one of these is the sheltered housing block no 30]

Block with windows falling out. No work done in 18 years.
Major works: 2004-2005 on this estate. There were many problems with this contract. Camden has still to address this. Work with the Leaseholders to put things right on this estate.
